Taichi

Is originated from Chinese martial arts.

It is an internal and soft style.

The daoist exercised embodied alignment.

Nowadays commonly used for

movement meditation,

rather than martial art.

Fighting the real opponent;

ourselves.

Weakness, laziness, stagnancy and such demons, to be transformed. Illuminating toxins of the lower nature creates room for strength, discipline, and flexibility.

Energy follows thought!

First we have to cultivate the energy,

then direct it purposefully.

Chi Kung

is designed to awaken your body from the inside out,

to activate and unlock the flow of energy

in the meridian channels.

These energy lines underlying the nervous system

and step down the chi /prana

from the etheric body to the physical,

similarly to electric charge.

By connecting to the breath and the elements of nature

we can harvest the chi everpresent around us!
Organizing, charging our own electromagnetic field.

This is the basis of alchemy!

I believe it's your birthright

to claim the power to heal yourself,

and I am here to guide and inspire

anyone willing to put in the work!

Dance

Psychology

It's all in the hips!

Why?

The source of our physical creativity is in the

sacral center/sex chakra.

Inviting flow helps with emotional release,

impacting our relationships,

to ourselves and others.

The higher corresponding center is the throat chakra,

centre of mental creativity .

Intentional movement strengthens the

connection and aligns these 2 centers .

Singing and dancing is shamanic heritage,

somatic remembrance of the body.

The ancients were evoking ,

communing with the spirit world

in trance states.

Using the vibration of their own voice,

opening the throat center.

Ecstatic movement

 openes up the sacral center,

allowing passage to the spirit world.

In alignment the vessel

was ready to receive the  messages.
