The hero's journey
My training started in Europe, where i grew up.
In my teenages I started dancing professionally.
I was regularly performing and traveling.
One day I was camping in Croatia with my kung fu friend,
and he saw me dancing with my shadow on the coastal rocks at sunrise.
"You should go try Taichi Chuan" - He said..and there it was!
My wild and chaotic youth energy led me to Daoist practices.
I was already exploring hinduism and buddhism,
because my bharata natyam classes were at the Buddhist University.
The Structure and order of Taichi was challenging and sueding at the same time,
I became addicted!A more internal dance & balance became my focus.
Decades later, still this is the most important relationship (for me) to nurture,
in order to be authentic and genuine in this world.
Tai chi is my foundation & my balance, a lifestyle and phylosophy.Taichi is Home.
Dance with the Divine.
An Art to be practiced anywhere, anytime .It blends well with other styles and infuses it with mastery!
Tai chi may be incorporated seamlessly into your life for a multitude of reasons:
movement meditation, health benefits, pain relief,
or for spiritual concerns such as raising awareness and exploring consciousness,
experiencing the cosmos within, rehabilitation and recovery.
Heaven on Earth.

Curiousity has led me to explore yoga, various dance and healing modalities, and martial arts.
Hinduism, buddhism, shamanism, daoism, jewish and christian mysticism..so Ancient Wisdom in all lineages.
I was lucky to receive transmission from Namkhai Norbu Ringpoche before he left his body.
He was the head of the tibetan buddhist lineage called Dzogchen.
I can still just speculate what a seed was planted,
and 10 years later once again, I am answering the call of the tibetan teachings!
Esoteric Healing is perfectly building upon the solid understanding
of energy, movement, alignment
established via Taichi.

Your life is a reflection of this alignment in each moment,
so the question is ;
How much Soul energy can you embody
&
walk in your purpose?
